The Rossato Authorized Technical Assistance Center (Rossato Service) is a company qualified for the maintenance of heating systems that is formed to carry out autonomously and effectively start-up, maintenance and assistance of the Rossato air conditioning and air treatment systems.

Area of competence
Rossato defines with the Assistance Center an area of competence within which the TAC will exclusively manage plant start-up, maintenance and assistance on Rossato systems.
Training path
Rossato organizes 2 specific and free technical training sessions every year for Technical Assistance Centers. The courses have a technical and practical cut to allow the CAT to operate autonomously and effectively.
After-sales support
Through a computerized assistance ticket system, we manage and monitor interventions quickly and effectively.
The CAT can always count on the technical support of the Rossato after-sales team.
CAT internet portal
The CAT has at its disposal a web portal dedicated to him containing updates, technical documents and extremely useful video tutorials as support for the work of the CAT in the start-up or maintenance phase.

Maintenance contracts

What we ask of the Rossato Service
To ensure a fast and quality after-sales service, we carefully select our CATs.
Basic requirements of the CAT Rossato
- Presence of technicians with FGAS license
- Possession of FER certification
- Letters qualifications ABC law ex 46/90
- Company with a minimum structure and at least 2 operators
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems
- Active organization to offer scheduled maintenance contracts
- Small stock of spare parts to intervene in an emergency within 48 hours of the request
