In February the Rossato Accademy organizes a new one refresher course FER
for installers and maintenance technicians of Renewable Energy Sources (FER) plants of ALL ITALY.
Il 16 hours FER course, in collaboration with the accredited institution Eyes,
will be held on 21 22 and February at the Rossato headquarters in via del Murillo Km 3.500, Sermoneta (LT).

Presentation and objectives of the FER course
The Legislative Decree. 28/2011 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources made it compulsory to attend refresher courses for Technical Managers, installers and maintainers of renewable energy sources, including biomass systems, heat pumps and solar thermal systems.
Ministerial Decree 37/08 imposes on the operators of RES plants the obligation of a three-year update of at least 16 hours to maintain their qualification.
The deadline was set at 31/12/2019, therefore those who have not participated in refresher courses by that date will have their professional qualification suspended until they have fulfilled the obligation to update.

Attendance of the course is 100% compulsory for the issuance of the certificate of attendance by the accredited body Eyes and endorsed by the Lazio Region.

Participation is possible for Technical Managers in possession of the A and C qualifications (pursuant to Ministerial Decree 37/08) and already in charge as of 03/08/2013.
The participation fee includes lunch and coffee breaks in the two days of the course.
There is a minimum number of 15 participants and a maximum of 30 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course will be postponed or canceled. The fee already paid will be refunded.
