Safe system of pellet feed
Le Stufe a pellet Circe sono di un dotate secure system of the pellet feed. This revolving closure system allows you to accurately dose the quantities of fuel introduced into the combustion chamber.
Its safe operation prevents the machine from blocking during the pellet loading phase, also improving the safety of the system, as the combustion chamber is hermetically closed in all its phases, excluding the backfire
With this technical measure all the heating system is more stable and the boiler much more clean and quiet.
High heat exchange with the flue
For optimal performance, in addition to the heat of the fire, Circe also uses one produced by the fumes thus having an outstanding performance.
The fumes coming from the combustion chamber to pass through the pipes for the heat exchange releasing their heat.
At the top, the fumes bounce off the vermiculite lid and channel back to the other pipes, releasing up to the last layer of heat. The accumulated heat is transmitted to the ducts and used for heating or for the production of domestic hot water.

Heats the surrounding environment
Thermostoves Circe 24 integrate fan tangential that allow to heat the environment in which they are housed.
You can enjoy the pleasant heat in the living room, the heat released at the same time, heat the whole house with maximum efficiency and great savings using the traditional system (radiators or underfloor heating).
The heater Circe is very quiet and can be installed in any style of home.

Electronic management optimized
Circe is the pellet stove of latest generationDesigned with systems and technologies.
One of the pluses is its electronic management system that optimizes the combustion process and the rule based on the conditions of use and installation.
Everything is electronically managed also by the onboard computer that regulates the operation, the programming and management of the water temperature.
Circe has a handy remote control that lets you manage, even from a distance, the temperature, the switching on and off times daily or weekly.
Design
Circe thermo stoves have been designed with the precise aim of making the most of the caloric power of the pellets and minimizing the percentage of heat discharged with the fumes.
To achieve this result, a careful and innovative design was necessary, able to extend the exchange surface as much as possible inside the body of the thermo stove with the aim of extrapolating the maximum amount of heat from the fumes before they are pushed outside. of the house. In this way excellent efficiencies have been achieved: up to 96,71%.
This percentage is synonymous with saving: the higher it is, the better it will be possible to exploit the caloric power of the pellets and the less heat will be lost unnecessarily with the exhaust fumes.
With these exceptional yields, the thermo stove becomes the perfect combination between a traditional boiler and a stove: from today you can take advantage of the pleasant flame in the living room but at the same time you can heat the whole house with maximum efficiency and great savings using the system traditional (radiators or radiant panels).
The new stove Circe is designed by adopting technical measures to ensure simple and effective cleaning of the tubes and to ensure the maximum efficiency and avoiding costly maintenance.
By moving the handle (removable) positioned above the stove, the springs run down the exchange system and remove easily any residual soot from the walls of the ducts.
The soot falls then the collection tank located behind the ash tray and can be removed with a vacuum cleaner.
Pellet stove small and compact
The pellet stove are available in white or Bordeux
The smallest model of pellet stoves high efficiency is Circe 15.
Treated in detail, sophisticated design and attractive, is available in color white and burgundy.
Thanks to its compact size, (96 47 cm in height and width) can be installed in any environment, giving a touch of comfort and elegance.
Now you can enjoy the pleasant heat in the living room with its warmth and at the same time heat the whole house with maximum efficiency and great savings using the traditional system or innovative radiant systems.
construction details
Innovative traffic fumes system with baffles for maximum heat transfer.
The fumes coming from the combustion chamber are conveyed through two manifolds to a heat exchanger consisting of 10 pipes in which the fumes, going back with helical and turbulent flow, give up heat to the water.
Subsequently the fumes reach the top encountering a lid in vermiculite and are channeled towards other 6 pipework on the back of the stove.
The heat exchange is enhanced by specially sized fans to promote a greater push the fumes along the 16 pipes.
The end result is the maximum heat recovery from the fumes for the benefit of the system water.

complete hydraulic unit
The hydraulic unit includes:
• High-efficiency circulator with three speed levels;
• expansion vessel;
• automatic vent valve;
• safety valve;
• Minimum and maximum water pressure transducer side.

mechanical lever system for cleaning
The stoves are equipped with a simplified system for the cleaning of the ducts of the exchange. The side lever allows to move with reciprocating motion of the helical rods for the cleaning of the ducts of the exchange.
Thanks to this system the periodic cleaning can be performed easily and frequently maintaining high heat exchange coefficients. The helical rods can easily be removed for a more thorough maintenance.
automatic pellet feed system
The stoves are equipped with large pellet tank to ensure a good autonomy. The size varies with the power from the heater.
The Large ash drawer to avoid frequent emptying events.
Behind the drawer there is the compartment for the cleaning of soot coming from the ducts of the exchange.

Installation
For a good performance and a good distribution of the heater temperature should be positioned in a place where it can flow the air required for combustion of the pellets (about 40 m3 / h must be available according to the UNI 10683).
The volume of the room must not be less than 30 m3. The air must enter through permanent openings in the walls (near the stove), alternatively it can also be taken from rooms adjacent to the one to be ventilated as long as these are equipped with an external air intake and are not used as a bedroom and bathroom or where there is no danger of fire such as: garages, woodsheds, warehouses of flammable material, strictly respecting the requirements of current regulations.
Ventilation can be done by means of permanent openings in the walls of the room to be heated, which give onto the outside or even from adjacent rooms as long as there are no doors that prevent the inflow of air into the room.
For this purpose, on the external wall near the stove it must be carried out, a hole with free transit section minimum of 100 cm2 (12 cm diameter hole or square 10x10 cm).
The air intake must also:
- It is communicating with the outside;
- Be protected by a grille or wire mesh;
- Be kept free of obstructions.
heating stove external link
Thermostoves Circe must be properly connected externally to allow exhaust fumes into the atmosphere: the discharge must necessarily take place on the roof and not a wall or into an enclosed space with clear sky. The components of the evacuation of the products of combustion systems must be suitable to the specific operating conditions and in accordance with the relevant product standards.
Moreover, all the components, including light wells must be made of materials having fire class A1 according to UNI EN 13501-1.
You can use steel tubes or blacks resistant to high temperatures (up to 450 ° C). For the sealing of the tubes and their possible insulation is at least 300 ° C (silicones or adhesives for high temperature resistant materials must be used).
For connecting the outside you can use an existing chimney or an external conduit.
The smoke channels must meet a series of requirements
- They are insulated in the sections that run through unheated rooms;
- not cross to fire risk premises;
- maintain a constant cross section and no less than that of the heater output;
- be scovolabili and inspected for the removal of soot; They are not allowed hoses.
correct positioning
For proper and safe positioning of the air intake must be observed the measures and requirements.
Are distances to be respected in order to avoid that the combustion air can be subtracted from another source: for example the opening of a window can suck the external air by missing the stove.
E 'mandatory withdraw the air for combustion directly from outside.
Schemes
Example of a system:
Environmental control system for heating and domestic hot water with solar integration
System with Circe pellet stove for high and low temperature heating and domestic hot water production with solar thermal integration. Condensation is avoided with a thermostatic mixing valve which keeps the return temperature to the boiler always above 45 ° C.
The accumulation double coil of the DS series, for the production of sanitary hot water, allows easy connection to the solar plant is that the stove. The three-way valve controlled by boiler thermostat diverts the flow to the plant to reach the set temperature in the storage.
