Technical Information
FKA is a Solar panel plan high efficiency, made with high quality materials and cutting edge technology.
The absorber is characterized by a tube with a serpentine (or meander) development which ends at the top in a collector tube. This structure makes the hydraulic connections very simplified. The meander manifolds, when installed in series, have a much more uniform output than the harp manifolds.
A further feature is the ability of the self-draining serpentine tube that makes the collectors FKA perfectly suitable also for solar systems emptying.

High yield with solar panel plan
The solar thermal collector FKA is characterized by a coil (or meander) with collector pipe in the upper part, a structure that simplifies the hydraulic connections.
The collectors meander installed in series have made much more uniform than the collectors harp. The thick layer of insulation retains heat for a long absorbed.
The copper tube is welded to the absorber by means of a modern ultrasound technique that allows a resistant junction between the tube and foil. To avoid heat losses, the collector FKA is equipped with a thick insulating layer of 2 cm in side and 6 cm.

Simplified Installation and Connections
The connections between the collectors are made through flexible hydraulic compensators specially developed to withstand high stresses due, eg., Thermal deformation, movements of the foundations of or fluctuations in temperature and pressure.
The connections with this system are simplified as much as possible and allow a high saving, with less labor and less pipes for connections. Furthermore, the entire system is more reliable and resistant over time.

Installation vertical or horizontal
The manifolds can have FKA horizontal or vertical configuration and are supplied complete with brackets, fittings and mounting accessories.
E 'can choose between various mounting: flat roof, roof tile (with possible integration into tiles) or facciata.Le brackets and accessories supplied are suitable for any type of tile.

The FKA solar thermal collector uses solar energy to heat a heat transfer fluid.
This mixture of water and glycol transports heat to the storage through an exchanger. The recovered energy can be used to produce sanitary water or to integrate heating.

Maximum waterproofing collector
1. A special rubber gasket placed between the frame and the glass prevents water from entering the manifold.
2. Another EPDM, UV-resistant, seal the solar glass from the top.
3. If the water still manages to enter, the drainage layer between the seals will allow it to escape.
4. A special adhesive technology avoids expansion movements of the seals on the glass and the junction point is protected from UV rays because placed under a special profile.

FKA panels with emptying system
On the basis of the solar panels is designed FKA the SolBox technology Drain Back. SolBox is a station emptying preassembled that optimizes the efficiency and improves the safety of the solar thermal.
The SolBox installed in the solar system prevents the fluid inside the collectors from freezing during the winter and the system overheats in the summer, avoiding malfunctions and assistance with consequent waste of time and money.

Installation

Installation up to 15 collectors
E 'can be installed in series up to 6 collectors connected on the same side; up to 15 with diagonal connection, both with vertical or horizontal configuration.
For installations on multiple files for connection kits are available to adapt the system to any size and configuration.
Maximum installation flexibility
The FKA collectors may have a horizontal or vertical configuration and are supplied complete with brackets, fittings and accessories for mounting.

Roof installation
The installation on the roof is supported with stainless steel brackets which are easy to install and which also resist the weight of snow and wind. The brackets vary depending on the type of roof. In regions where it snows a lot, special shapes are available. The prefabricated roof insertion system is easy to install and does not alter the aesthetics of the building. In addition, a special profile allows quick installation of the collectors.
Installation integrated in the roof
The FKA collector can be easily installed in the roof. Prefabricated cladding sheets have been used successfully for years and in this way the aesthetics of the roof is improved.
FKA collectors meet all the needs of waterproofing, simple installation, harmonic integration and ventilation of the entire system.
Flat roof installation
The installation on flat roofs is done through an aluminum support with a flat base, light, waterproof and without special additional profiles.
The fixing of the support is possible through anchors or weights made with concrete blocks.
Wall installation
The installation on the façade or railing is made through a wall structure, also in light and waterproof aluminum without particular additional profiles.
