Description
The fixed ducted dehumidifiers of the series ECODRY CN +, are designed for installation in false ceiling and are designed to be combined with cooling systems with radiant panels, floor, wall and ceiling.
Available in the DC version with refrigeration unit and standard. The DC series dehumidifiers differ from the standard models for a variant on the refrigeration circuit.
This variant allows to dehumidify the air treated and simultaneously to cool it, avoiding the formation of condensation, in order to have an effective integration into the refrigeration plant radiant power. One feature that is particularly advantageous in radiant systems in the floor.

Dehumidification for radiant systems
Dehumidifiers for radiant systems ECODRY CN + guarantee dehumidification to neutral air, ie at the same temperature at which it is withdrawn. so they are also called deumificatori isothermal.
ECODRY CN + handles very small air flow rates so as to avoid annoying currents, typical of traditional air conditioning systems thus guaranteeing maximum environmental comfort.
Ventilation centrifugal supply fan
The fan is centrifugal type, double inlet forward curved blades, with three-speed motor directly coupled.
The air is sucked by the fan from the rear of the unit, passes through the filter in the order, the battery of pre-cooling, the cold exchanger (evaporator), the heat exchanger (condenser), the heat exchanger of the post-cooling and the fan. Subsequently air is returned to the environment by a canalization and distributed through vents.

Design
The dehumidifiers Ecodry CN + (isothermal) if properly fed with chilled water at 15 ° C, are able to dehumidify the air environment without altering the temperature. This is possible thanks to the presence of 2 heat exchangers which have the purpose of pre-cool the incoming air and post-cool it after the dehumidification process.
The dehumidifiers Ecodry CN + DC (hybrid) if fed properly by chilled water at 15 ° C, are able to dehumidify the air environment without altering the temperature, and are also equipped with thermostat and condenser brazed plate and then allowing the unit to provide cool air when the ambient temperature exceeds the set point on the dehumidifier.
The low air velocity also will not create annoying typical air currents of traditional air conditioning systems, thus ensuring maximum environmental comfort. Structure
This unit is manufactured with sheet metal structure in white prepainted; the interior structural elements are made of galvanized plate for un'ef fi cient protection against corrosive agents. All screws and fastening devices are made of non-oxidizable materials, stainless steel or carbon steel with superficial treatments of passivation.
Unit panels are coated with polyurethane synthetic material with open cells for the maximum sound absorbing power. The material used is classi fi ed in class 1 94 under the UL standards and is CFC-free. The unit is completely sealed and requires only access from the front for vertical models or from below and from the fi likewise for the horizontal models. The access to the compressor compartment is facilitated by the presence of a removable panel which allows to operate completely free from obstacles.

Flow rate and head air
In 300 2 model a fan speed is mounted; factory is set at medium speed, it is not suf fi cient you can easily set the high speed. Refer to paragraph 6.5.2 unit calibration.

Installation
The units are designed to be installed indoors in a fixed position.
Do not install the unit outside and make sure it is not exposed to the elements such as rain, hail, moisture and frost.
For channeling unit you need to install the flange outlet to connect to. For its installation, follow the illustration below:

Condensate drain connection
Make the connection with a rubber hose fl exible with an inside 16 mm diameter.
On the exhaust pipe should be performed a siphon having swing least equal to the suction pressure of the fan as following illustrations:

ATTENTION:
The inclination of the exhaust pipe must be such as to de fl ow in all cases the water from the unit to the outside. If this does not happen, you can verify overflowing condensate from the unit.
Ordinary maintenance
Replacing air fi lter For a proper operation it is necessary to periodically clean the air fi lter in the drive. Remove the screws or the flyer as photos following, s fi lar fi lter and wash them under running water manually removing any impurities that could prevent proper air fl ow, avoiding in any way to damage them.
