The Ecodry CN REC dehumidifier with air exchange and heat recovery guarantees maximum dehumidification in civil, residential and small commercial environments, combined with floor, wall and ceiling air conditioning systems.
The dehumidifiers CN REC are designed to obtain the highest efficiency and return for dehumidifying the air with heat recovery ejected. They are available with cooling unit and DC standard.
Series dehumidifiers DC differ from the standard models for a variation on the cooling circuit. This variant allows you to dehumidify the air to cool and treated, in order to have an effective integration to the cooling capacity of the system radiating. Dehumidification and ventilation
Ecodry CN REC is designed to dehumidify, reciprocate and cool the air in residential and commercial environments.
The heat exchanger high efficiency recovers up to 90% exhaust air energy, the incoming fresh air inlet, avoiding shuffles.
The Cn REC units operate in three different modes:

Ecodry CN REC comes standard with an advanced control with an elegant display that can be installed in an area convenient for the user control.
The menu is easy to use for basic configuration of the unit (manual or automatic, programming time slots, setting temperature and humidity).

Low noise
The acoustic structure of Ecodry CN REC units ensures absolute quiet operation.
The maximum efficiency and quiet operation of the dryer is achieved thanks to a complete air distribution system with silencers output and following the recommended design criteria.
The compressor compartment isolated, anti-vibration system and electronic fans make the silent unit with a sound pressure of just 38 db (A) for the smallest models up to 47 db (A) for the larger model.

Design
The unit is made with a unique design that gives the assembly a pleasing aesthetic as well as ensure the complete inaccessibility, with the machine closed, of all components: this aspect joined to widespread use of sound-absorbing material inside the compartment reduces the sound power level emitted at exceptionally low levels. Most of the panels is removed to allow a complete accessibility to the unit even if for the routine maintenance is required to access only from below. Access to filters, fans and heat recovery is in fact facilitated by the presence of removable panels which allow to operate completely free of obstacles.
All panels are coated with polyurethane synthetic material with open cells for maximum acoustic power. The material is class 1 94 in accordance with UL standards and is CFC-free. All screws and fastening systems are made of non-oxidizable materials, stainless or carbon steels with surface-passivating treatments. The distribution of the components is such to ensure easy accessibility and the layout ensures excellent weight distribution on the unit plant

Fans
To obtain a high level of silence and efficiency, the CNREC units use only backward-curved centrifugal fans combined with modulating brushless EC motors with 0: 10V signal. The BLDC synchronous electric motors (BrushLess Direct Current) are characterized by a constant rotation speed independent of the load (or resistant torque) but linked to the frequency defined by the inverter. The Brushless synchronous motor is "brushless" because direct current is not sent to the rotor but only to the stator, so there is no need to introduce sliding electrical contacts. The on-board microprocessor manages a feedback signal (BEFM Back Electro Motrice Force) that certifies the synchronous rotation of the rotor with the magnetic field and provides for any torque corrections to restore / maintain synchronism and therefore maximum efficiency.
Wall user display
The display makes the unit is completely autonomous, allowing to perform all the operations of common use by the user (ON / OFF, the SET point setting, time programming, air replacement, etc.). It also shows the status of the unit and allows the development of advanced control parameters and configuration used during the starting phase. On display there are the temperature and humidity probes. For a correct reading of the ambient temperature and humidity, it is therefore essential that the display is placed away from drafts and heat sources, or locked in technical compartments.
High efficiency heat recovery
In a home, good ventilation is very important, but when the outside air temperature is significantly different from the inside air temperature, the exchange would involve a large amount of waste energy. The highly efficient counter-current heat recovery unit maximizes the exchange of energy between the incoming and outgoing air flows, allowing maximum energy recovery. The highly efficient heat recovery unit in polystyrene allows energy recoveries of over 90%.
Finned heat exchangers
The finned pack exchangers allow to obtain the maximum front surface in relation to the size of the unit. The large front surfaces reduce the risk of fouling and, thanks to the reduced crossing speed, allow to reduce the air side pressure drops to the benefit of the efficiency and sound power emitted by the fans. They are designed to carry out the heat exchange between coolant or water and air through a series of 9,52 mm diameter pipes, in the 25 x 22 mm geometry, expanded, with an automatic and controlled process, into 0,1 thick aluminum fins mm. Expanding is a critical process, it determines the tube / fin contact resistance and is a key factor, and often ignored, in achieving high heat exchange efficiencies.
Reciprocating compressor
The optimization of the processes in combination with an accurate choice of the intrinsic compression volumetric ratio (RVI), allows a decisive improvement of the isentropic efficiency of the compression and a consequent reduction of energy losses in the process itself. The hermetic reciprocating compressors are complete with motor protection against overtemperatures, overcurrents and against excessive temperatures of the delivery gas and are mounted on anti-vibration grommets, complete with oil charge and inserted in a soundproofed compartment with sound-absorbing material.
Brazed plate heat exchangers
Only brazed plate exchangers made of austenitic stainless steel AISI 316 with connections in AISI 316 L characterized by a reduced carbon content to facilitate brazing operations are used. The brazed plate heat exchanger solution represents the state of the art in terms of heat exchange efficiency. The high turbulence induced by the internal corrugation of the unit plates to the perfect smoothing of the same also makes it difficult to deposit dirt.
Solenoid valves
Solenoid valves are widely used for controlling the flow of liquids with on / off type utilities. The principle of operation consists in the application of electric current to a coil which creates a magnetic field. This is transformed into mechanical energy which opens or closes the valve. The operating principle is very reliable and widely used.
Liquid receiver
The optimal refrigerant charge depends not only on the volumes of the exchangers but also on the work points and can therefore vary greatly in the different operating regimes and the presence of the liquid receiver is essential for restoring the balance.

Installation
The units are designed to be installed indoors in a fixed position.
Do not install the unit outside and make sure it is not exposed to the elements such as rain, hail, moisture and frost.
For channeling unit you need to install the flange outlet to connect to. For its installation, follow the illustration below:

Ecodry CN REC centrally installed with the air system of distribution in false ceilings.
The air sucked in the two villages, the external fresh (1) and recirculation (5), is dehumidified and distributed in all environments "noble" (bedrooms, living room, etc.) Through the distribution network (3).
