Self-cleaning of the brazier
The new Ninfa model is standard equipped with patented self-cleaning burner.
The automatic mechanism ensures perfect cleaning of the brazier at startup of the boiler, ensuring a good ignition.
In this way, it is not necessary to empty the burner every day, but only every 700 / 1000 kg of pellet burnt.
The self-cleaning system also improves the efficiency of the boiler, as before the new ignition the brazier remains clean while maintaining the optimum combustion conditions.
Safe pellet feeding system
Pellet boilers are equipped with a Nymph secure system of the pellet feed. This revolving closure system allows you to accurately dose the quantities of fuel introduced into the combustion chamber.
Its safe operation prevents the machine from blocking during the pellet loading phase, also improving the safety of the system, as the combustion chamber is hermetically closed in all its phases, excluding the backfire
With this technical measure all the heating system is more stable and the boiler much more clean and quiet.

High heat exchange with the flue
For optimal performance, in addition to the heat of the fire, Ninfa also exploits the one produced by the fumes thus having an outstanding performance.
The fumes coming from the combustion chamber to pass through the pipes for the heat exchange releasing their heat.
Once at the top, the smoke bouncing on the cover of vermiculite and are channeled back on other pipes releasing until the last layer of warmth.
The stored heat is transmitted to the conduits and used for heating or for the production of sanitary hot water.
Cleaning system efficient
The new boiler has been designed by taking technical precautions to ensure a simple and effective cleaning of the tubes and the maximum efficiency of the boiler avoiding costly maintenance.
By moving the handle (removable) located above the boiler, the springs run down the exchange system and remove easily any residual soot from the walls of the ducts.
The soot falls then the collection tank located behind the ash tray and can be removed with a vacuum cleaner.
Ash compactor and large tank
Ninfa has been designed to ensure maximum independence and efficiency of operation.
the pellet tank can contain up to 85 or 170 kg of fuel with the expansion module for a range of up to 120 hours of operation.
Combining the compactor optional ash pan you get to empty the ashes every 1500 kg of burnt pellets.
Advanced electronic management
Ninfa is the pellet boiler of the latest generation was designed with systems and technologies.
One of the pluses is its electronic management system that optimizes the combustion by setting the terms of use and installation.
Everything is handled electronically by the programmable thermostat which also regulates the operation, planning and management of the water temperature.
Ninfa is synonymous with comfort and energy savings.

Design
Ninfa boilers have been designed with the precise aim of making the most of the caloric power of the pellets and minimizing the percentage of heat discharged with the fumes.
To achieve this result, a careful and innovative design was necessary, able to extend the exchange surface as much as possible inside the boiler body with the aim of extrapolating the maximum amount of heat from the fumes before they are pushed outside. of the house. In this way excellent efficiencies have been achieved: up to 92,13%.
This percentage is synonymous with saving: the higher it is, the better it will be possible to exploit the caloric power of the pellets and the less heat will be lost unnecessarily with the exhaust fumes.
With these exceptional yields, the thermo stove becomes the perfect combination between a traditional boiler and a stove: from today you can take advantage of the pleasant flame in the living room but at the same time you can heat the whole house with maximum efficiency and great savings using the system traditional (radiators or radiant panels).
construction details
Innovative traffic fumes system with baffles for maximum heat transfer.
The fumes coming from the combustion chamber are conveyed through two manifolds to a heat exchanger consisting of 10 pipes in which the fumes, going back with helical and turbulent flow, give up heat to the water.
Subsequently the fumes reach the top encountering a lid in vermiculite and are channeled towards other 6 pipework on the back of the stove.
The heat exchange is enhanced by specially sized fans to promote a greater push the fumes along the 16 pipes.
The end result is the maximum heat recovery from the fumes for the benefit of the system water.

complete hydraulic unit
The hydraulic unit includes:
• High-efficiency circulator with three speed levels;
• expansion vessel;
• automatic vent valve;
• safety valve;
• Minimum and maximum water pressure transducer side.

mechanical lever system for cleaning
The stoves are equipped with a simplified system for the cleaning of the ducts of the exchange. The side lever allows to move with reciprocating motion of the helical rods for the cleaning of the ducts of the exchange.
Thanks to this system the periodic cleaning can be performed easily and frequently maintaining high heat exchange coefficients. The helical rods can easily be removed for a more thorough maintenance.
Automatic pellet feeding system
The stoves are equipped with large pellet tank to ensure a good autonomy. The size varies with the power from the heater.
The Large ash drawer to avoid frequent emptying events.
Behind the drawer there is the compartment for the cleaning of soot coming from the ducts of the exchange.

Installation
For proper operation, the boiler should be positioned in a utility room in which drain into at least as much air as is required for regular combustion: we should have in the local opening with a free passage of at least 6 cm2 for each kW of installed power . The minimum cross section of the opening must not be less than the 100 cm2.
The air must come in through permanent openings made in walls (in proximity of the boiler) or alternatively can also be taken from adjacent rooms as long as these are to be ventilated with external air inlet and are not used as a bedroom and bath or where there is no fire hazard such as garages, sheds, flammable material warehouses in strict compliance with the existing standards.
Ventilation can be done by means of permanent openings in the walls of the room to be heated, which give onto the outside or even from adjacent rooms as long as there are no doors that prevent the inflow of air into the room.
To this end, on the outer wall close to the boiler must be carried out, a hole with free transit section Minimum 100 cm2 (12 cm diameter hole or square 10x10 cm).
The air intake must also:
- It is communicating with the outside;
- Be protected by a grille or wire mesh;
- Be kept free of obstructions.
Clearances
The floor of the environment in which the boiler is placed must be carefully evaluated in order to verify the ability to withstand the load of the same. In the case also of flammable floor must be provided proper support platform. In the case of flammable ceilings make sure of a minimum distance from the 50 cm boiler.

For a correct dimensioning of the boiler observe the relation of the above distances: these distances represent a good margin of safety even in case of adjacent walls made of flammable material. If instead containing flammable objects such as curtains or furniture to double these distances.
outdoor connection
The Ninfa boilers must be properly connected externally to allow the smoke outlet into the atmosphere: the discharge must necessarily take place on the roof and not a wall or into an enclosed space with clear sky.The components of the evacuation of the products of combustion systems must be suitable to the specific operating conditions and in accordance with the relevant product standards.
Moreover, all the components, including light wells must be made of materials having fire class A1 according to UNI EN 13501-1. You can use steel tubes or blacks resistant to high temperatures (up to 450 ° C).
For the sealing of the tubes and their possible insulation is at least 300 ° C (silicones or adhesives for high temperature resistant materials must be used). For connecting the outside you can use an existing chimney or an external conduit.
General requirements of the exhaust channels The smoke channels must meet a series of requirements:
- They are insulated in the sections that run through unheated rooms;
- Do not cross to fire risk premises;
- Maintain a constant cross section and no less than that of the boiler output;
- Scovolabili and be inspected for soot removal;
- They are not allowed hoses.
Schemes
Example of a system:
Combined heating system with Nymph boiler and hot water production with Air Combo Pro
System with Ninfa pellet boiler for high (radiators) and low temperature (radiant system) heating and domestic hot water production with Air Combo Pro. Condensation is avoided with a thermostatic mixing valve which keeps the return temperature to the boiler always above 45 ° C.
Furthermore, the Ninfa boiler through the diverter valve can integrate the boiler for the production of domestic hot water.
