Air Inverter II Maxi heat pump
Air Inverter II Maxi is the heat pump for large systems.
Available in sizes 4, boast excellent performance and extended operating limits for heating, cooling and domestic hot water.
AIR INVERTER II MAXI can produce domestic hot water up to external ambient temperature conditions of -15 ° C. The temperature of the water produced can reach 55 ° C even in summer with outside temperatures of 45 ° C.
This allows the heat pump to be used all year round and to adapt optimally to the system configurations with radiant panels and terminal units both in new buildings and in renovation.
New R32 refrigerant
The new range of Air Inverter II heat pumps is loaded with R32 refrigerant gas, to guarantee high performance with low environmental impact, in advance with the requirements of the European Regulation EU f-gas regulation (517 / 2014).

Protection from the cold and ice
The advanced system-icing (sub-cooling) prevents the formation of ice at the base of the external battery, significantly reducing the number of defrost cycles and avoiding reductions in fruit yield of the heat pump.
A special defrost valve reduces the times up to four minutes. The result is a very high seasonal efficiency.
Electronic expansion valve
Air Inverter II Maxi is equipped with an electronic expansion valve.
This valve adapts quickly and precisely to the actual required load, allowing stable and accurate adjustment and optimal compressor operation.
This results in an increase in efficiency compared to traditional mechanical valves and a longer life of the compressors.
High efficiency with DC inverter compressor
The DC inverter compressor is the heart of the heat pump.
The inverter technology allows to change the power supply frequency of the electric motor that drives the compressor, allowing to operate proportionally to the actual needs of the plant.
Permanent magnet circulator
The hydraulic circuit is completed by the EC motor pump with permanent magnets and with electronic regulation.
The circulator technology allows automatic modulation of the water flow according to the request and the load losses of the system.
In this way you avoid wastage and unnecessary stress to the piping and other components installed and helping to ensure the high efficiency of the unit.
Silent and efficient
With electronically controlled variable speed DC fans, Air Inverter II Maxi is particularly quiet at partial load. The fans are housed in aerodynamically shaped nozzles and the blades have been optimized to increase efficiency and minimize the sound level, and are equipped with safety grilles.
The resulting advantage is the sound pressure reduced to no 8 & dB (A) compared to full load operation.
