Underfloor heating with little depth
To take advantage of a radiant system for underfloor heating in cases of renovations or where the thickness is not available, it was designed a floor system that allows you to occupy only 30mm thick.
Is called ECOfloor Slim it is particularly advantageous in all cases in which it has a thinness available, Does not provide for the realization of a traditional screed, the screed but is constituted by a double metal plate which allows a uniform distribution of heat and at the same time has the function to distribute fairly the loads.
How is a system made low floor to dry?
The panels are made in Ecofoor Slim Eps and are preformed by means of grooves, to accommodate the heating tubes: the entire surface, including grooves tube holder, is coated by a layer of aluminum which allows a better diffusion of heat.
The modules are divided into head, preformed to the curvature in 90 180 ° ° and the pipes, and base panel with longitudinal grooves and parallel: the modules are well-matched in the axis of the grooves.
The tube stayed in the insulator, remains entirely below the support layer: the resulting radiant system is of the type B according to the UNI-EN1264 1.
The support layer provided for this radiant system is a dry type, the use of liquid screeds require the application of a protective layer as by UNI EN 1264-4.
